Bidding Guidelines

• Bid sales are final - no exchanges or refunds.

• Bidders are not responsible for shipping or other charges unless otherwise specified in item descriptions. Please read descriptions carefully for any such stipulations.

• SPAcare makes every to include all restrictions and blackout dates in the catalog information, however bidders are encouraged to review the copy of the item description before bidding.

• The donor determines values set on items and provides all descriptions.

• Items must be paid for in U.S. funds by VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.

• All bids must be written on bid slips.  Bidders must identify his/her name and company name as they appear on his/her badge, and the amount of the bid.  Illegible bids will be disqualified.

• The minimum starting bid starts at a significantly lower value than the Fair market or retail value of an item.

• The highest bidder on the last day/hr of bidding will be  ”The  Winning Bidder” and will be responsible for the actual bid amount at close of the bid. The full amount of the bid will be charged   to the credit card on file.

• Bidding on an item authorizes SPAcare Inc to release your contact information to the donor of the item on which you bid no more than 5-7 business days from the date of receipt Please allow at least 4 weeks for delivery time in the United States. Shipping time may take longer outside of the United States.

• SPAcare does not store donated items on the premises. SPAcare takes no responsibility for shipping costs and is not responsible for shipping items. Items are shipped from the location of the item donor and the item donor is responsible for any shipping issues that could occur during the shipping process such as “damages incurred “,shipping delays, damage or stolen items. SPAcare strongly suggests that the donor takes out shipping insurance on any such packages.

• “Item Description Accuracy” is the sole responsibility of the donor. SPAcare does not take responsibility for the description of the items submitted and the accuracy and detail in relation to the actual item.

• Our “Buy Now” feature enables bidders to by pass the “Bidding Process” and purchase their desired auction item, immediately securing their purchase .Shipping protocols will continue as usual.  

• All bidders must be 18 years of age or all bids become null and void.
