Donation Guidelines

• Onsite donated items, forms, displays and contact/logo information must be received prior to the deadline of all events in order to receive the maximum promotional benefits.

• All gift certificates must be valid for at least one year starting from the date of auction.

• All single or multiple item donations must collectively equal a minimum total retail value of $100 (USD), Multiple items will auction simultaneously, unless other wise specified by SPAcare.

• If a donor fails to comply with SPAcares auction guidelines, they may be subject to exclusion from partaking in any donation or sponsorship indefinitely.

• All collaterals, and displays, included with donations will be kept by SPAcare (and/or the high bidder), unless the donor notifies SPAcare in writing that they wish to have the display returned.  If the donor wishes to have the display returned, they must pick up the display at the end of the event or send a Call Tag for the item at SPAcare headquarters 

• Donors are welcomed to submit as many items as they would like at any time as long as they are in accordance with the SPAcare online auction guidelines.

• Please try to send your logo, an accurate description and graphics of all donations if possible. The more details, the better the presentation and the more activity in the bid.  (Graphics are preferred in 120x120 pixels, but will be resized to fit in necessary).

• Please do not forget to include all restrictions  ,stipulations, ie -Black out dates, rain dates , gratuities  not-included etc..

• SPAcare puts forth every effort to expedite the donation request and post items for immediate bidding. Occasionally SPAcare reserves the right to accept a bid and reserve it for a later date due to unforeseen circumstances .SPAcare will attempt to reach out to the donating party as a courtesy, however is under no obligation to do so.

• SPAcare reserves the right to use all submitted information and collaterals for the purpose of any currant and future marketing and promotional efforts.

• SPAcare Inc reserves the right to deny any donations for any reason without explanation.

• “Item Description Accuracy” is the sole responsibility of the donor. SPAcare does not take responsibility for the description of the items submitted and the accuracy and detail in relation to the actual item.

• In the event there is no bid on a item or the item does not get auctioned or won ,the item becomes property of SPAcare to be auctioned/utilized at another venue/fundraiser  for the promotion of SPAcare .

SPAcare takes no responsible for the misuse or mishandling of any such funds or donations and is not linked to or associated to any charitable origination or association unless other wise specified or described as a “SPAcare Partner”.
