Click on the “Donate Now” online auction link, found on the SPAcare online auction website .Fill out the donation form with all pertinent information (logo, graphics, and item description)
Your donation request reply will be answered within 5 business days along with an attached consent form with auction details and shipping instructions.
Please sign and e-mail or fax back to SPAcare.
SPAcare will then list your donation on our online auction under a designated heading with the proper keywords best describing your item.
Let the Bidding begin! Bidders will be “Called to Action” as they navigate our site and bid on their desired items.
Anticipation rises as bidders enter a friendly competition of “Outbidding” each other for a period of 4-6 weeks.
Auction items will run approximately 4- 6 weeks .If there are no bids on an item, it will be reevaluated and returned on the online bidding page for up to 6 months. At that time it will be taken off and all images, logos and descriptions will be safely discarded from SPAcares files. The donating party is released of all obligations and is welcomed to resubmit another item at any time.
If at the end of the bidding cycle the designated item has been bid, it is awarded to the highest bidder.
At that time SPAcare will take the item off of the online bidding auction ,contact the donor within 5 business days with the bidders contact information and the Shipping Confirmation Form.
SPAcare ask that donors be responsible for the shipping of their auctioned items and that all items ship from donor’s location or “Drop Ship” at the end of the bidding cycle. SPAcare will provide all of the necessary contact information of “The winning Bidder” and distribute to the donor via e-mail approx 5 businesses from the date of final bid or “Closing of Auction”. Upon receipt, the donor will be asked to ship the item and fill out the SPAcare Shipping Confirmation Form and forward a confirmation to both SPAcare and “The Winning Bidder” no more than 5-7 business days from the date of receipt. SPAcare takes no responsibility for shipping costs or any shipping issues that could occur such as shipping delays, damage or stolen items. SPAcare strongly suggests that the donor takes out shipping insurance on any such packages.
