Can I still participate at a SPAcare trade show event if I am not a participating trade shows exhibitor? Supporting an event and participating in our online auction is an inexpensive, innovative way for non-exhibiting company’s to get exposure at at least 2 separate trade shows coast to coast.
Do you have special promotions and discounts on sponsorship if I am an exhibitor at a trade show that is having a SPAcare event? Good question! We offer special promotions and discounts to participating exhibitors to support the frequency of their visibility before, during and after the trade show. SPAcare wants to help you work smarter not harder .Remember it takes the average person 8 times to see your name before they make that conscious connection. Not only will they see your name throughout the tradeshow, SPAcare has designed sponsorship packages that will give you repeat exposure in a variety of venues and a multitude of marketing opportunities. We encourage you to use this platform is as an innovative networking opportunity.

In addition, we will work with our upper tier sponsors and enhance their philanthropic experience by customizing a unique marketing calendar exclusively for their sponsorship category, combining SPAcare’s and its charitable partners resources.
Are there benefits to donating early? Yes! It is always positive to build the momentum of a SPAcare’s auctions, programs and campaigns. The earlier you donate, the earlier we can begin showcasing your support through a wide variety of marketing venues.
I am donating a certificate. Do I need to send in Ssomething to display? Image is a key factor in projecting the perfect messagefrom your company. Please send us a brochure and graphics if possible to help us put your best foot forward.
What is the shipping/handling policy for items when they are won through our bidding system? To ease shipping and handling costs, SPAcare ask that donors be responsible for shipping and that all items ship from donor’s location or “Drop Ship” at the end of the bidding cycle. SPAcare will provide all of the necessary contact information of “The winning Bidder” and distribute to the donor via e-mail approx 5 businesses from the date of final bid. Upon receipt, the donor will be asked to ship the item and fill out the SPAcare Shipping Confirmation Form and e-mail a confirmation to SPAcare and “The Winning Bidder” no more than 5-7 business days from the date of receipt. SPAcare takes no responsibility for shipping costs or any shipping issues that could occur such as shipping delays, damage or stolen items. SPAcare strongly suggests that the donor takes out shipping insurance on any such packages.
